Yes, as long as the setup area is covered and the ground is stable and dry. A tent, pavilion, porch, or awning works. Tell us the event is outdoors when you book so we plan power, placement, and timing around sun and weather.

Props and backdrops are included with our Portrait Booth packages, and available as an add-on for the Social and 360 booths. We bring a curated standard collection and display it on a dressed prop table; custom themed props are available through our sister company, Prop Box.

Yes, we provide a certificate of insurance whenever your venue, school, or organization requires one. Let us know during booking and we'll send the documentation promptly. Most large festivals, schools, and corporate venues require proof of insurance from vendors as a standard part of their rental agreement.
